I thought this products did a extremely very good job of helping me burn fat. I am 22 and was very lean to commence with but was still able to shed that final several lbs . in just about three weeks, with only moderate workout. It actually worked a tad more quickly than anticipated so I am going to save the other half of the box and get the rest of it in about another month. I didn't experience any sweating like some people today claimed they did, however it did suppress my urge for food a very good bit. This led on the only downfall besides dehydration, in my opinion, and that is some of the excess weight I misplaced was muscle, however it wasn't anything much too extreme.
